Hello all,

We've been increasing our facility rentals this year and it's getting to the point where we need a dedicated staff person/volunteer to handle these. 

Does anyone have any experience with hiring a part-time, commission based position for this kind of activity? What advantages/disadvantages do you see or have seen with this kind of arrangement?
