Try the Shipping & Moving Companies section of the Official Museum
Directory's Products and Services volume.  Many companies which specialize
in fine arts shipping also build crates.  They know how to build crates for
a wide variety of art objects, and would probably be happy to adapt to your
needs.  Good luck.
