A few years ago I was travelling by car from Dehli to Simla (North
India) and a few km. from Simla I saw a panel advertising the 'Potato
Museum' unfortunately my travelling companions were not keen so I did
not visit it to my lasting regret. Simla is in Himachal Pradesh and I
believe it is where they started potato farming in India, hence the
museum.
