     The Philosophy Religion & Theology Discussion Group of the American
Library Association focuses on all aspects of librarianship with respect
to Philosophy, Religion and Theology.

     PRT-DG will hold its next meeting as part of the ALA's MidWinter
conference in New Orleans, Louisiana (January 2002).

DATE:     SUNDAY, January 20, 2002
TIME:     4:30pm--5:30pm
PLACE:    HILTON Hotel:  Grand Salon A-3
             (near the New Orleans Convention Center)
GROUP:    Philosophy Religion & Theology Discussion Group

     You need not belong to any specific unit of ALA to attend PRT-DG's
meetings!  We welcome attendees from all aspects of librarianship.

     PRT-DG extends greetings to new librarians as well as experienced
librarians, since everyone faces challenges that are unique to their
situation.

     We invite you to pass this announcement along to any of your
colleagues who struggle with library resources in Philosophy, Religion or
Theology, so that they can meet other librarians in similar positions &
exchanges ideas in an open forum.

     If you have any suggestions for a particular topic to discuss at
future meetings of the PRT-DG, then please contact either one of the
Co-Chairs.

     If you cannot attend PRT-DG's meetings, then feel free to network
with other librarians in this field by joining the PRT-LIBN email list:
