For our internationally renowned arts and culture organization based in
New York City we are seeking a Registrar.

The successful applicant will oversee all registrarial functions, including:
prepare of exhibition checklists; oversee all exhibition installations;
prepare loan agreements and request letters; prepare crate lists for
shipping estimates, in-house handling and storage; arrange off-sit
storage as necessary; prepare condition reports; arrange customs
brokerage and documentation; act as courier as necessary;
oversee gallery security operations; other duties as necessary. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years experience as a registrar
at a museum or cultural organization with a focus on loans and
traveling exhibitions. BA in art history required. 
Asian languages a plus; excellent organizational, communications
and interpersonal skills essential.
