Thanks to everyone who responded (both on the list and off) to my question
earlier this week regarding the situation with an elderly volunteer.  I
really appreciate the feedback and got some words of wisdom and food for
thought from everyone. (It sounds like I'm not the only one facing some
tricky situation with an aging group of volunteers.)
