Dear Harry,

Congratulation to you, Fritz and Jan for the good work you produced.
As I did my doctorate at the University of Oxford on the evaluation
of museum multimedia programs, I have collected a lot of articles
too. Some of them are not included in your bibliography, so I thought
of sending them over. I hope that they come throught OK with e-mail.
