Our grocery store exhibit is underwritten by a large grocery chain and they give us flat boxes of their corporate brand products as part of their annual donation and we put them together and out on the exhibit's shelves.  You might contact the local community relations person for whatever grocery store chain is prominant where you are and convince them to get involved with product & cash, too!
