The Art Institute of Chicago had a very good video about 15 yrs ago that I
used as part of my guard training program when I worked in a university art
museum. It may have been updated by now. Couldn't hurt to contact them and
ask.

Subject: Training Guards

Does anyone know if there is specific material or even a handbook in a
museum that provides Museum Professionals guidance on the training and
behaviour of the guards inside the Museum?
