A trip on the Cross Bronx XWay reminds one of a scene from Mad Max.
Perhaps a third category should be added to your list- those too jaded to
see-  Isn't that why we have the enormous societal problems that let
situations, "war zone, blight stricken..." fester.  OOPs wrong list.
