“DOES YOUR INSTITUTION MAINTAIN A CAMPUS ART COLLECTION?”

If your answer to this question is yes, please take a few minutes to complete
the following brief questionnaire. Please do not respond to the entire list,
but rather email your response to Angie Pizzolato at [log in to unmask]
I am an undergraduate Art History student at Beloit College who has received
a fellowship to conduct research on the College’s campus art collection.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information regarding the professional
standards for the administration, preservation, management, registration, and
loan of campus art collections. We are defining campus art as collection items
being maintained specifically for public display throughout the campus in an
effort to enhance its overall appearance.

Former inquiries to various museum related list serves indicate that this is
a relevant and problematic topic for many institutions.

The results of this questionnaire will be made available upon request.

Thank you for your time,

Angie Pizzolato
