Northern States Conservation Center announced that 67 online museum 
and preservation classes will run in 2009 on www.museumclasses.org . 
The complete list can be printed off at 
http://www.collectioncare.org/flyers/museumclasses_org_2009_class_calendar.pdf 
Classes for the new year start January 5, 2009. For more information 
on the classes, go to www.museumclasses.org

As it has done every year, Northern States Conservation Center added 
new courses to its roster. New 2009 courses include Museum 
Microclimates, Education in Museums, Scripting the Exhibition, Care 
of Furniture and Wooden Artifacts, Keeping Small Animals on Exhibit, 
Making Museum Quality Mannequins, Care of Leather, Condition 
Assessments, Care of Basketry, Gallery Guides, and Collection 
Management Databases. Information on these new classes will be posted 
in the next three weeks.
