Stefanie,

Perhaps you were not paying attention to the long and very interesting
conversation we have been having about ID and the Smithsonian fiasco, as
well as its impact on our field. I am sure that is where Indigo's notation
of this particular article falls, and is therefore completely relevant.

As has been mentioned several times in the past months that this list is
for the discussion of museum topics as well as discussions among museum
professionals. It is not for individual members to decide what we post,
why, or whether it is philosophically valid. Such things are for the list
administrator(s) to decide. If you do not like a topic, delete it and move
on. If you do not agree with an opinion expressed, then disagree on-list
and allow us to chime in, like this. That is why the list is here.

Thanks.

Does God Have Back Problems Too?

Believers in creationism argue that only a designer
could generate
such perfect wonders. But the living world is shot
through with
imperfection. Unless one wants to attribute either
incompetence or
malevolence to such a designer, this imperfection
points to a
natural, rather than a divine, process. By David P.
