Joy: This last message was not for the upcoming IT, was it? It was the same as we printed in the current IT. I was hoping we could have a more detailed agenda (speakers, etc.) to send out late Feb. or early March. Do you think you will have something ready? There are still people who want to read a hard copy...and this next issue goes only to voting members of ICTOP.

If its only going to be on the website, I see no use for another issue of IT. Please let me know what your plans are. Bruce and I must plan ahead for the next IT. I get feedback from people who read the hard copy with questions or comments. One person wanted to know if it was too late to submit a proposal for a paper for ICTOP2000.

I know you and Martin will plan a great conference.

Best...Jane
