Before jumping into this topic, let me say that I think I remember this
being a thread recently but couldn't find it in the Museum-l archive.

I am interested in hearing from museum colleagues who have put policies for
the use of images in digital formats or products - CD ROM, web, etc. - in
place.  Do these policies follow what you were doing with the printed
publications?  What is the pricing structure?  Do you limit the length of
time an image can be used?

If there was a thread and someone has a summary, please let me know.
