I have an inquiry about archival software:

   A consulting client of mine is using MicroMarc for a database of
   landscape records.  They are interested in putting this on the NET.  I
   have some familiarity with WAIS type search engines and with TELNET.
   But, I am wondering:

   1) Is there an easy way to export fixed field-length records from
   MicroMarc?

   2) Is there a packaged application using one of the major generic
   databases (ACCESS, XBase, Paradox, Approach) which accomodates the
   MARC format?
