This question is mainly for prospective employers. I am a recent graduate,
entering the field of museum education. I am computer literate (MAC and
PC). I am knowledgeable in word processing, internet navigation, and have
some experience with digital scanners, and minimal experience with
Photoshop, Pagemaker, spreadsheets, and databases. As a museum educator,
what types of computer skills would you like your staff to have? Is there
a minimum level of skill? If so, what is the minimum? What skills would
you like your staff to have ideally? What kind of skills do you have
yourself? Could you give me a comprehensive list of all computer skills
needed to work within museum education?

I am thinking about taking a summer computer course and would like your
feedback before deciding which class to take first, so if you could
prioritize your suggestions, it would be helpful.

Sorry for any cross-listings.
Thank you for your help.
