re:  Time-lapse video and evaluation
 
I am just writing up some projects we have been doing, using time-
lapse video filming to evaluate attendance and attention in displays.
 
I'd be glad to hear from others who have been using time-lapse in
this way.
 
I'd also be glad to be informed of the legal requirements in
countries other than the UK regarding filming, notification to the
public that recording is going on, access to tapes and the period for
which tapes can be kept.  I believe that in the USA, for example, the
rules are quite strict, whereas in the UK they are currently quite
relaxed.
