[log in to unmask] Learning Experiences announces the
publication of the Winter 2000 issue of the Traveling Exhibitions Report.
This publication lists almost 400 traveling exhibitions which either are on
tour or in preparation. They are organized by category - Anthropology, Art
and Science, Children, Environment and Ecology, History, Natural History and
Science. Each listing describes the exhibition content and style, size, cost,
special features, and information on contact people. Many listings also
include previous venues and current availability.

Subscribers should expect to receive their copy in a week to ten days. This
is an excellent time for non-subscribers to contact ILE to start a
subscription.

The Children's Traveling Exhibitions Report, a subset of the full publication
focusing on exhibitions for and about children, also will be available by
early December.

The electronic database is fully updated based on information received this
fall. It may be accessed by subscription at www.informallearning.com.

We actively solicit information on new and additional traveling exhibitions.
There is no cost to place a listing in our database and published reports.
Contact ILE for details on how to list your exhibitions with us.

The full Traveling Exhibitions Report costs $50 for two semiannual issues
($53 in Canada and $56 for other international). Single issues are $30 ($33
in Canada and $36 for other international). The Children's Report is $20 for
two semiannual issues. A full year's subscription to the searchable
electronic database is $75.

To subscribe to any of these and for further informal, please contact
Informal Learning Experiences, P.O. Box 42328, Washington, DC 20015; phone
