The Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts is currently accepting applications
for the position of Assistant Curator of Education for Adult Programs.

Responsibilities:  Planning & directing programs for high school through
senior citizen audiences, coordinating and/or teaching advanced placement
art history, leading docent program with the assistance of other
professional staff and outside presenters, organizing lectures, teacher
programs, exhibition interpretation & outreach, and maintaining audio
visual equipment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in art history, museum studies, art
education or fine arts; Masters degree and art museum experience
preferred.

The Museum's collections consist of outstanding American art, decorative
arts in the form of porcelain and glass, significant holdings of Old
Master prints, and works from the Southeastern region. The Museum is
located in a 300 acre park within a state-of-the-art facility.
