Call for Papers

INTERCOM (International Committee on Museum Management) is currently preparing its annual conference to be held in Rotorua, New Zealand, 24-28 November 2008.

At this year's conference the focus is on management challenges around cultural tourism and delivering a quality visitor experience.

We invite proposals for presentations, case studies, research papers and best practice models that demonstrate how museums can face these challenges. 

Proposals

Proposals should be no more than 300 words. Please also include a short CV or biography of 200 words. 

Since INTERCOM papers are published online, you will be requested to provide the organisers with a written paper, preferably before the conference.

All papers must be in English.

The deadline is 15 May 2008.
