Fort Collins Museum is seeking a dynamic, experienced individual to
shape and oversee the museum's growing education program. Principal
responsibilities include the development and implementation of education
programs, events, and activities as well as developing and curating
exhibitions. The position oversees all aspects of education programming,
including public programs for adults, school, family, and outreach
programs. Candidate should be comfortable with both on-site and off-site
programming, be committed to quality visitor experiences, and be
comfortable working in a collaborative, active environment. The
successful candidate will hold a minimum of a B.A. in history, museum
studies, education or related field, M.A. is preferred; minimum three to
five years of experience; have successful experience in education
programs development and evaluation; and command strong organizational
and writing skills. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
Salary range $2960-$4024/month.
