For those following this thread, allow me to direct your attention to the
copyright materials collected for the Kress-funded and College Art
Association-sponsored "Portland Town Meeting."  This recent symposium
presented papers discussing the recent CONFU (Committee on Fair Use)
Guidelines on the use of Digital Materials, Distance Learning and
Multi-media.  To access these materials, refer to

At the bottom of the list of supporting materials you can find a few of the
