This may not be quite the same thing, but my treatment proposal agreement
includes the following language in the fine print:

"The written and photographic documentation of this (these) artifact(s)
is the property of the Thompson Conservation Laboratory and may be used
for educational, research, analytical and statistical purposes at the
sole discretion of the Thompson Conservation Laboratory."

I am not concerned about producing salable images from the photographic
documentation, but if I decide to include an image in a journal
publication, or if I ever decide to write and publish a conservation text
I don't want to have to try and find the former clients and request their
permission, much less have to deal with heirs/assigns, estates, etc.
