There is a separate site for the conference, referred to from the main
ICOM site, at <http://www.icom2001barcelona.org/>. The "pre-enrolment"
menu item gives registration fees and prices for a range of types of
accommodation. Figures are in pesetas and euros, though, so you'll have
to do some more conversion.

Reduced rates for registration fees apply for bookings made before 1st
May 2001.
