I am curious if anyone could provide me with an example of a shared ownership and or collaboration agreement form for collections. I am in the process of drafting one for a client and wanted to see if I am doing this correctly. Or if anyone knows of anyone resources/websites where I can look at samples that would also help me.

Any advice and or information/samples you could provide would be most appreciated.
