Dr. Dill states there are  jobs in museums with reasonable comp. levels.
and that may be true  I think the point is most of the people in the
museum profession(s) are  bright, well educated,  hard working and they
scramble for jobs that often pay less than high school drop-outs make.
    Who is at fault? just the invisible hand of the market.  As long as
qualified people will work for 20k that is all many jobs will pay.
