George Mason University in Virginia offers art history classes (I did my
undergrad. there and did a minor in art history).  They usually have evening
classes.  Alternatively, you could try one of the community colleges like
NOVA.  It's not right in the city, but it's not exactly a big commute to get
to Fairfax.
