Hi listers!

Our Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department is in the process of establishing a more comprehensive sponsorship program for our events, exhibits, etc. One of our tasks is to "define and manage legal liabilities associated with sponsorship" (in a nutshell, who could potentially sue who over what, and what protective measures should be taken). Anyone out there have some advice to offer, or information sources to suggest?

Many thanks!

Lori
