Good question. Some of my favorites as both an interviewer and candidate
are:
What was the most challenging work situation you have encountered and how
did you resolve it?
Given what you know of our organization, which aspect of this position is of
most interest to you and why?
How does this position fit into your overall career plan?
Robin

Subject: Re: Interview Questions

I had an interview the other day, not for a museum director, but the
interviewer asked what I thought was a very good question for any job
interview. He said, suppose we hire you for this job. OK, you've just come
into your office on your first day; what will you do this first day?
