          There is an ad in one of the computer magazines, with zoomy
          graphics of a bee hive on one side and something else on the
          other saying: The committee is dead, long live the team! I
          think its an ad for like Lotus Notes or something. My
          reaction to the ad was that they were grasping at straws,
          and my reaction to the statement that committees and teams
          are distinct (team building requires specific skills...) is
          somewhat the same. Regardless of the name or the intent, it
          all seems to be based on the skills of the leaders and the
          participants.
