**  Judge withdraws from lawsuit over Dillinger museum
A judge who ruled that a relative of gangster John Dillinger could collect
damages from a northern Indiana museum that used the outlaw in an exhibit
has withdrawn from the case

**  Understaffed museum overwhelmed by visitors
A portion of the building was also used as a stable and some shopkeepers in
the bazaar also started using the place to dump garbage

**  Tourists to Walk in Lady Godiva's Hoof Prints
In a gesture to reduce the tax burden on 11th century Coventry, Godiva rode
naked through the city with only her long blonde tresses to cover her
modesty

**  Travelling Reminder of September 11 Outrage
Among the items in the travelling exhibition are a fire-fighter's oxygen
tank and part of one of the aircraft terrorists used to destroy the landmark
towers on September 11, 2001

**  Who's who in panda history
Pere Armand David is the French missionary who first introduced pandas to
the Western world in 1913, even though the Chinese had been familiar with
the animal for over 2,000 years

**  Castle dungeons plan to store Scots treasures in case of nuclear strike
The dungeons at Edinburgh Castle were suggested as a possible location for
storing Scotland's national treasures in the event of a nuclear strike on
the city

**  Museum to preserve GE photographs
The Schenectady Museum has been awarded a $100,000 federal matching grant to
preserve a collection of photographs depicting images associated with
General Electric Co

**  Dolphins evolve Opposable Thumbs
In an announcement with grave implications for the primacy of the species of
man, marine biologists at the Hawaii Oceanographic Institute reported Monday
that dolphins, or family Delphinidae, have evolved opposable thumbs on their
pectoral fins

**  Royal Observatory extension will teach the wonder of the night sky
The Observatory, which is part of the National Maritime Museum and a World
Heritage Site in its own right, has backing for the project from the
Particle Physics and Astronomy Research Council, which is keen to encourage
greater public understanding of astrophysics

**  Harley-Davidson Still Has No Site for Milwaukee Motorcycle Museum
Company executives have said virtually nothing publicly about plans for the
museum, which has been touted as a tourism magnet for downtown
