Cindy Olsen asked about copper & brass polishes, and some
recommendations have been made to her. One should also consider applying
a protective coating after polishing, to reduce the amount of
re-tarnishing. This will then save you much time in re-polishing, and
also reduces the wear on the objects. I don't know what products you
have available in the USA, but in Australia we tend to use micro
crystalline wax, Incralac (acrylic lacquer with BTA inhibitor added),
Frigilene or Ercaline.
