I am doing a comparative study of databases that compile
descriptive information on material objects, and I like to know if any
museums are using such databases to identify, catalogue or locate artifacts
for their exhibits.  If anyone one the list is currently using such a
database, I would really appreciate a copy of the database's description
of itself and a sample record.  My thanks to any who lend a few minutes here.
