ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 2

The Metropolitan Museum of Art, one of the world's finest museums, seeks an Administrative Assistant for the Robert Lehman Collection Department.  The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all administrative duties in the department, which includes clerical and receptionist functions.  The position is also responsible for registrarial duties including inventory and the processing and tracking of all incoming and outgoing loans.  The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.  Knowledge in TMS, Photoshop, and scanning are preferred.  Strong organizational skills and knowledge of general office experience is required.  Knowledge in Italian and French is a plus.  B.A. degree is required.
