Sarah-
I always use an accomplishment section that focuses on specific projects,
skills, etc. and then include a job list at the end.  I have found that this
works better in this field, because job titles, volunteer work, internships
do not always fit very well in just a work experience section.

Everyone is different, but from what you have said, skills not jobs are your
strength and should be the first thing after your education information.
