Anyone with COMM port or IRQ constraints on a PC might be interested
in a newly developed controller card that permits the use of four COMM
ports from one interupt at 115Kb.  This would be of particular
interest to anyone who uses a PC to control serial devices such as
VCRs or ACRs for museum displays.
