Jennifer, thanks to you as well for your insights. I'm wondering if any system(s) also seem to contribute to actual in-person visitor-ships. The dialogue and potential for heightened awareness that various social networking tools can develop is great, but does it seem to bring people to the museum itself? This may be hard to measure, but perhaps some museums have been able to trace the consequences of their efforts?
