I'm working on a project on retrospective conversion of catalogue
cards to computer records and finding very little information.  There
is plenty of stuff on libraries and archives but virtually nothing on
museums.

What I need are any recognised standards, major issues, standard
procedures, costs, time frames and any documentation on the
number of museums currently dealing with this issue (particularly
in the UK).

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
