Cumberland Art Conservation in Nashville. One of the best in the region.
Cynthia Stow is the conservator. Contact info:
 (615) 269-3868
3343 Acklen Ave
Nashville, TN 37212

We've had a couple of portraits done by them, usually takes 6 months or so.
Good luck!

Subject: [MUSEUM-L] Southeastern paintings conservators

Hello Museum-L'ers:

Would any of you be able to recommend a good paintings conservator located
in the Southeastern U.S.? Our primary conservator is unusually backlogged,
and we have a couple of oil-on-canvas paintings in need of some work later
this year.

Thank you for your kind assistance. I will compile any conservator contacts
sent to me off-list and then post the resulting list here, to benefit all
others who might be interested.

Best wishes,

Christy Sinksen
