I have received preprinted postcards from a couple of places where they
check off what they are responding to. (application arrived (complete or
incomplete), position closed, etc.) I appreciated these the most. They are
quick and noone needs to bother with envelopes (less trash for me). For you
HR people they are also cheaper to mail.
