Dear Amelia,
        My museum is a historic mansion built between 1913-17, and our
original kitchen and pantry flooring is cork (squares probably 8 in x 8
in--I'm guessing).  This is probably very expensive to install today, but
in sharing info about historic floors I'm posting it to the list.  Good
