Greetings,

A number of references to shipboard journals, etc. of
the 19th century immigrant ship, Euterpe refer to
"Dolby cans."  The ship and its passengers were
emigrating from England to New Zealand in 1879, if
that is any help.

Does anyone have a reference as to what these are?
