To the List Members,

I am interested in knowing if those of you involved with museum web
sites (of whatever type) have used evaluation processes in their
development, at front-end, during, or after completion. Or you may have
observed others working with evaluation in the creation of museum web
products?

What of sort of evaluation was it? Personal study of other sites? With
colleagues? User-based feedback from surveys, focus groups, etc?
Quantitative? Qualitative?

Was your method satisfactory? Was it resource intensive?

Any other observations about engaging evaluation methods for creating
museum web sites?

If you didn't use evaluation, what would help you in the future to
incorporate user study into museum web making?

I would appreciate any thoughts, stories, or leads regarding these
questions or other issues you might identify.
