We don't use labels at the Lower East Side Tenement Museum.  However, we have
interpretive guides written in various languages, and have bilingual docents
(Cantonese, Spanish, Russian, German).

There is funding available for creating interpretive guides in various
languages.  I've written successful grants to the New York Council on the
Humanities, for example.
