Hi Lana, David just opened a showing of his "Double Monster" exhibit here in 
Philadelphia.  Give Temple Gallery of Tyler School of Art a call at 
215-925-7379.  They should be able to put you in contact with him.  If you 
have any more problems just give me a call.
