For facilities where behind-the-scenes tours are difficult due to space, safety
or access issues, videos and b-t-s exhibits can provide glimpses of what goes on
in the back rooms. I realize this brings up the issue of 'real' experiences, but
well-done, personal stories--"Hello, I'm __________ and this is what I do here
in the conservation department of __________ Art Museum"--can be very
informative and, dare I say, entertaining.
