Meaghan - I believe what you are thinking of is The House on the Rock. I
forget the town it is, but I do know that it is in Wisconsin.

I hope this helps.

Subject: House of Stone?

Hello-

I'm not on the list so please reply to [log in to unmask]

Trying to find information about a house of stone in the US..
It's built into and inside a large boulder. It has many rooms (carved
inside of the rock) filled with collectibles, of the owner/builder's
own collection. I believe it also contains the "world's largest indoor
carousel"? There's also a glass "sky bridge" that extends from this
house/boulder.

I used to have a book about this place; a relative had visited there at
one time. I've looked all over the web and can't seem to find this
place listed- and can't remember the name of this museum.

Thanks for your help, please respond to [log in to unmask]
