I have a request.

At long last, The Saint Louis Art Museum, having just completed a
comprehensive strategic planning process, is about to consider doing some
building.  Our first step though is to engage an outside consultant to
assist us with space planning and programming.

Here's what I need from those of you who are experienced and willing:

1.    a copy of the RFP you used to solicit interest from consultants to be
considered as a space planner/programmer
2.    a list of those consultants that expressed interest in working with
you and/or your  list of top three firms
3.    any advice or "do's and don'ts" that you wish you had known before or
during your process - yes, I want to learn from your mistakes!
