Hi All,

I am hoping some of you out there can help me with this (I tried searching
the archives without much luck). I apologize if this has been discussed
recently--I'm new to the list.

Are there any legal problems with a non-profit museum being involved in a
program like Amazon.com Associates (the Museum chooses books and places
links from Amazon.com to those items on their site--when someone buys an
item via that link the museum gets a commission). Would income from this be
treated like income from your normal museum gift shop? What are the major
concerns with putting a link to a for-profit company on a non-profit's
website?

Please pointing in the direction of any relevant resources. Thanks in
advance!
